A halfling of unknown oprigins, Tolarin is a recent escapee, along with his “brother”, from the monastery/cult that initially kidnapped him and raised him to adulthood.
Tolarin is loyal to his “little brother”, the Dragonborn Gunx, whom he predated at the monastery and looked out for when he first arrived.
